Cookie Policy
The cookies and browser storage currently used by Capathy.
Effective: 18 August 2026Essential account cookies
The Capathy application uses secure, HTTP-only access, refresh and identity cookies for sign-in, session renewal, security and recognising your signed-in account across Capathy sites. These are necessary to provide a consistent account service and cannot be switched off through the marketing-site choice.
Analytics choice
The marketing site stores your choice under capathy-cookie-preferences in local browser storage. Choosing Essential only creates no analytics identifier and records no marketing events. Choosing Accept permits anonymous analytics and creates a random anonymous identifier in browser session storage so page visits in the same browser tab session can be associated; closing the tab ends that analytics session.
Optional first-party analytics
With permission, Capathy records page paths, event type, time, referrer when supplied by the browser, broad device category and coarse country or region when reliably supplied by our infrastructure. We do not store raw or hashed IP addresses, browser fingerprints, names, email addresses or enquiry content in marketing analytics. We do not use a third-party advertising or analytics platform.
Managing your choice
You can clear Capathy cookies and local storage through your browser to reset the choice and anonymous identifier. Removing essential cookies signs you out or resets onboarding state. Contact [email protected] with cookie questions.
